A Back-To-Health Adventure
Hi there! Stella Frances here, founder of Elevated Awareness, glad to see you have come to this page. As the co-creator of this website the words, I write come from my heart and my personal experiences.
After dealing with burnout, depression, Fibromyalgia -FMS, Chronic Fatigue -CMS and an Autoimmune diagnosis, I have come to the following conclusion. That to just take prescribed medication and expect health to be fully and permanently restored without making any other changes is rather a rare phenomenon. –-I know…I know that is a strong statement. Yes, but now I said it– 
… because you see…When it came down to getting my health back, the meds alone were not doing the trick for me.
Through the process I discovered my thinking had much to do with it. So I begun the journey of changing my mind to heal my life. Certainly, the support I received from my family played the most important role and was the power force behind my success.
The 3 things I did to get me back to health
- First I “decided” I was going to be healthy
- Second, something had to change and that was my Mindset! …yes, you guessed it right, the way I was thinking was not really working for me anymore
- And lastly, I had to get out of my comfort zone and try new things
At the time, I had no idea what first step to take. However, with patience, targeted research and learning about what else was possible, the day came when I had my breakthrough.
Today, almost 15 years later I am happy and I am healthy. –I strongly believe there is a correlation between those two….but that’s another story I will write about on the blog.–
